FOR A RICHER RAILWAY CULTURE
East Japan Railway Culture Foundation (EJRCF) was established in March 1992 through a grant from East Japan Railway Company (JR East). In the last 10 years, the Foundation has worked to develop a richer railway culture by pursuing three main objectives: (1) supporting local cultural activities; (2) sponsoring transport studies; and (3) promoting international understanding and exchanges.
These activities have been widely acclaimed. EJRCF is determined to meet future challenges by working to build a peaceful and prosperous society.
